1.Samosa:

it is anoter representator of India in terms of spices it is served hot Samosa is a mixture of meshed potatoes, peas, veges, paneer and various spicey spices wrapped in a thin layer of dough in a triangle shape and fried. its outer layer is golden brown and when bitten it gives crunch sound with a soft and warm sensation in mouth and then put's your mouth in a mild fire

2.Jalebi:

these are sweet and high calorie content food ,its taste is marvellous but the most shocking thing about it is how simply it is made . it's just a plain flour or all-purpose flour batter drawn      in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then                                                                              soaked in sugar syrup and served

3.Dabeli:

it looks similar to vadapav but its not .Basically dabeli is a spicy, tangy and sweet potato filling inside a bun – more specifically the Indian bun – called as pav, drizzled with a spicy and sweet chutney and some pomegranate, grapes, onions and sev (fried gram flour vermicelli).







4.Prantha:

These are like two flavoured flour tacos creating a pocked which is filled with potatoes . both the layers are thin such that you can see through some filling which tastes best with butter . the filling is made of potatoes, tomatoes , chillies, a lot of spices and you can also chose that whether you want chicken/paneer/other veges in it .the combination of the flour and the filling is marvelous which is served with a hot sauce , cold sauce(Dahi) and butter and may be provided with pickles


5.Pakoda:

these are generally of a lot of types which all are covered in besan(a type of flour) and fried, like onios, potatoes and other stuff like that  







6.Manchurian:

this is basically considered a chinese dish and looks like meat balls but are actually pure veg. these are probably balls made of shredded carrot and cabbage mixed in flour, corn flour, black pepperand salt and then fried. these are crispy outside and soft inside. these manchurian balls are then added to a thin gravy and served


      7.Momos:

Momo is a type of steamed dumpling with some form of filling. These days, momo is prepared with virtually any combination of ground meat, vegetables, tofu, paneer cheese, soft chuurpi (local hard cheese) and vegetable and meat combinations.There are typically two types of momo, steamed and fried. Momo is usually served with a dipping sauce (locally called chutney/achhar), normally made with tomato as the base ingredient. Soup momo is a dish with steamed momo immersed in a meat or vegetable broth. Pan-fried momo is also known as kothey momo. Steamed momo served in hot sauce is called C-momo.

8.Falooda:

Falooda is a cold dessert with origins in the Indian subcontinent. It is a version of the Iranian faloodeh. Traditionally it is made from mixing rose syrup, vermicillisweet basil (sabza/takmaria) seeds with milk, often served with ice cream. The vermicelli used for preparing falooda is made from wheat , arrowrootcornstarch, or sago








                  9.Kachori:

Kachori is a famous Indian street food that is made with all purpose flour (maida) or whole wheat flour and has a rich filling made of a large variety of ingredients ranging between urad daal, moong dal, mawa, onion and Indian spices. Served with spicy aloo curry or different types of chutneys, this deep-fried snack has redefined itself with time and is now an integral part of breakfast menu in different parts of the country too.
