1.kurkure(masala munch):
these are like fried grain sticks coated in various masala especially the spicy one and these comes in various flavoures like multigrain, red spice, green spice,tangy and many more it will put you mouth on fire but dont worry it is not a "jolo chip" but it if you are sweet lover and trying it for the first time then you must be carefull and almost all the indian's eat this. it is available in every street in India
2.Bujiya Sev:
it is just a spicy thin fried poeces of flavoured dough, and it's really-really spicy even 60% of the Indians are not capable to eat a large portion of it in a one go as it is 500 times spicier than kurkure
when you put it in your mouth then it will give you a mild& crunchy sensation and then "BAAM" it will give you the hard spicy taste and put your mouth on fire
pro tip: don't mess the name 'Aloo Bhujiya' and 'Bujiya Sev'
cause Aloo bhujiya is a tangy mild taste sev while Bhujiya sev is the spicy version of aloo Bhujiya sev and a bit thicker in diameter
3. Bhakarwadi:
these are the most famous in Gujaratv and Maharastra and does looks like cinnamon roll but a lot thinner and nicely diced. actually these are made by rollling a dry masala mix in a thin dough and then deep fried until golden brown texture is achieved
4.Kachori:
these looks like ladoo and seem to be soft but they are actually sipcy and cruncy. they are balls of spice mix which is actually roasted in pan to make it more flavorfull. these are so tasty that you can really make an appetite in just eating it and the garam masala which is added in it is actually good for our stomach but yeah a thing to mention is that they are fried
5.Chakri:
this is a special kind of treat its own way , well it's mild in spice and is made in the same way as jalebi if you have seen it been prepared but it is actually not soaked in the sugar mixture besides that it is a flavoured dough which is fried and then tossed with some spice mix and this is the only thing which makes it tangy and tasty well it's the only thing that you can eat without thinking and keep going on eating
6.Sing Bhujiya:
these are actually the peanuts which are rosted with thier skin and then coated in a very spicy batter and then fried nicely until a deep brown texture is obtained. the thing which makes it spicy and the actual star of it is the Black pepper which gives the operfect kick in your mouth an then play with your taste buds and put them on fire
7.Dry Samosa:
well whether you are an Indian or not most of the people know about the samosa of India but this is not exactly what you know this is a bit different form the actual Samosa and are a bit smaller in size. you can say that it's actually like the Kachori that you saw above but with a bit variation in spice and shape.
8.Chevda (mix):
this is actually a mixture of different kind of stuff like peanuts, different sev and potato strips ,dough strips, and many more and you will find varius types of it . it is mostly eaten in gujarat and south-west region of India. all the famous suppliers of it are (Balaji, Haldiram, Aakash etc)
9.Aloo Bhujiya:
as I mentioned earlier dont mess the name Aloo Bhujiya and Bhujiya sev because if you did messed up then you will be the only one who will regret it, not as simllar as Bhujiya sev it is less Spicy and a bit more flavourfull than it , it's mostly tangy rather than to say spicy but it wil burn your upper mouth if you eat it much then it will be good for nothing.
