1.Biryani


Also known as the 'poor man's' Hyderabadi biryani, Kalyani biryani is always made from small cubes of buffalo meat. The meat is flavoured with ginger, garlic, turmeric, red chili, cumin, coriander powder, lots of onion and tomato. It is first cooked as a thick curry and then cooked along with rice.The biryani is everything that royalty is made of! It makes for a wonderful dish whenever you feel like showing off your cooking skills. 



2.Dosa

A dosa is served hot, either folded in half or rolled like a wrap. It is also usually served with chutney and sambar. The mixture of black grams and rice can be replaced with highly refined wheat flour or semolina.The taste is more or like a plain dosa or masala dosa. But the thickness of the dosa is very little which leads to crispy taste. As usual it is served with coconut chutney, sambhar and even potato curry

3.Idli

Idli is a soft & fluffy steamed cake made of fermented rice & lentil batter. These are one of the healthiest protein packed Breakfasts from South Indian cuisine. Idli are easily digestible as the rice & lentils known as DAL are soaked, ground, fermented & then prepared by steaming the batter.


   4.Undhiu


Undhiyu is a Gujarati mixed vegetable dish that is a regional specialty of Surat, India. The name of this dish comes from the Gujarati word "undhu", which translates to upside down, since the dish is traditionally cooked upside down underground in earthen pots, termed "matlu", which are fired from above.







5.Umbadyu

Umbadiyu- gujrati. Umbadiyu is a famous dish prepared in the villages of south gujarat in India. It is a variant of the famous "undhiyu" Matla undhiyu or ubadiyu or umbadiyu is a delicious Gujarat's traditional undhiyu recipe cooked in an earthen pot. 






6.Fafda

Fafda is a fried crispy crunchy tasty snack made with besan (gram flour), laced with carom seeds and black pepper .Fafda served with papaya sambharo and besan chutney is an awesome combination.Fafda (Gujarati: ફાફડા) is a popular Gujarati snack. In many festivals, fafda is the most preferred snack. Fafda is rectangular in shape and yellowish in complexion. It is eaten with a chutney and salty fried-green chilis.

8.Chicken
